Retainer Policy
Reserve time on Kacey Cole’s calendar and continue your session-planning. Your retainer is nonrefundable under all circumstances.

Retainers are partial-payments on a session to hold your session date and time. The remaining balance of the session fee is due at the time of the session.

Your retainer may be applied to a future session within 3 months of your original session date if a reschedule request is provided within two weeks or more of the original session date.

A reschedule will incur a $100 rebooking fee.

Retainer fee is forfeited if you cancel your session.
