Pre-Shoot Checklist - Day of Session

  1. Eat a light, non-bloating snack for energy the morning of your session.

  2. Apply clear deodorant or none at all (trust us - none is better than white armpits!)

  3. Wear loose clothing that will not leave lines on your skin on your way to the studio.

  4. Please arrive CAMERA-READY with hair, makeup, and nails done. There will not be time to apply any of these upon arrival.

Outfit suggestions - men

  • Shirtless look with jeans, joggers, or workout shorts

  • Tank top

  • Workout shorts

  • Joggers

  • Jeans

  • White or black t-shirt or a solid color that flatters your complexion (v-neck recommended)

  • Muscle stringer

  • Sneakers - please ensure they are clean and new/newish, especially if they are white.

general tips for a successful session

New clothing will photograph better than used - plan on a shopping trip

Patterns are discouraged and will “date” your photos

Make sure any sports bras give you shape with separate cups

Choose colors that flatter your complexion

Try everything on before the session to make sure you are happy with the fit

Avoid alcohol and late nights during the week leading up to the session

Outfit Suggestions - women

  • Sports bra with matching booty shorts or leggings

  • White or black tank top and booty shorts

  • Crop top and booty shorts or leggings

  • Crop hoodie or workout jacket with sports bra underneath

  • Ankle or knee-high socks

  • Sneakers (tennis shoes, Converse, Jordans, etc.) - please make sure they are clean.

  • Boots (ankle height recommended)

  • Jewelry should be kept to a minimum.
